Elaine Carrasco, M.D., is a pediatrician and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She graduated from Iberoamerican University in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
She completed her internship and residency at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center in New York and fellowship training at Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD. Growing up in the Dominican Republic,
Dr. Carrasco had the opportunity to do volunteer work in orphanages, where children with neurodevelopmental disabilities were abandoned by their families. This was part of the inspiration that led Dr. Carrasco into the Pediatrics field.
Dr. Madhu Kankipati completed his residency in Pediatrics at the Bronx- Lebanon Hospital Center, Bronx, NY. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Andhra Medical College. He specializes in treatment of asthma and Attention Deficit Disorder. He and his wife moved to Roseburg in 2016 and are excited about exploring the Pacific Northwest with their young son.
